Who is reading this blog?

July 2015 (another year later):

There have been some more changes this year.  This is the total readership as of July 2015. I have to send out an apology to the UK, with the editing process I chopped off your 'm' and didn't notice. Sorry.

Looking at this year, I can see that USA's interest slipped and lost two percent. Some of those gains were by Russia who was always #2, but France by far showed the biggest gain, increasing two hole percentage points!  France has been gaining each year for the past three years, going from 8th to 6th and now #3, unseating the long-standing #3 Germany.

The UK also showed a bit more interest, and so did the Netherlands.  I have to give a big, warm welcome to Canada, who now shows up in the top-10.  Also a welcome back goes out to Poland, appearing in the top-10 in 2013 but disappeared last year.  I want to give an honorable mention to the Ukraine, who has been a smaller but consistent top-10 in my three years of blogging.

A few other countries besides the US that dropped (and this is my fault as I didn't make any flights or very many updates in the past year) are Germany and Turkey.  Turkey was a new show last year, but Germany has always been in the top 3 until now.

Some countries that disappeared recently from the top-10 are Serbia and Moldova.  I also miss Belgium, China and Sweden from 2013.

April, 2014 (one year later):
Some changes over the course of the year from the previous survey. Here are the numbers of the top ten in graphical form:

As can be seen here, USA still holds the majority followed by Russia and then Germany, the big three pioneers of modern rocketry.  UK fell behind a bit in rank and was replaced by Turkey, even though the UK now has a greater share at 1.6% vs. 1.5%.  France doubled in readership percentage, while some new countries showed up; Netherlands, Serbia, and Moldova in addition to the previously mentioned Turkey. The Ukraine kept it's 10th place and gained 0.3%.

A few other countries fell below the top ten: Belgium, China, Poland and Sweeden.

May 2013:
In the first year of this blog, I have reviewed the reader statistics of this blog.
As expected, the majority of readers of this blog are from the United States, 78%

I welcome readers from other countries also, and appreciate their interest.
Among these other countries:

Russia        10.9%
Germany      4.6%
U.K             1.5%
Belgium       1.4%
China          0.8%
Poland        0.7%
France        0.6%
Sweden     0.5%
Ukraine       0.5%

These numbers may not add to 100% because of rounding.  But if you are a budding rocket scientist, you probably already know that.
